Shipping and Returns

United States Shipping:

Neewa offers USPS free shipping on all orders to addresses in the United States. These orders typically deliver within 2 - 5 business days and are shipped using USPS.

Canada Shipping:

Neewa ships all its products to Canada with USPS. These orders typically deliver within 7-14 business days from the shipping day. A flat fee of $12 (USD) is charged for shipping, to all orders to Canada. If you need the order sooner, please contact us for a quote on faster shipping with DHL or UPS. Please check our return/exchange policy underneath. Your local post office in Canada might occasionally hold your package and require proof of duties payment. Please check your tracking information and bring your email confirmation to the post office, in that case.

30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase: you can return or exchange your purchase for any reason. Neewa will gladly accept a return for product that is in new, clean and unused condition. Products purchased directly from Neewa may be returned within 30 days of the order date for a full refund (shipping fee excluded) or exchange, with no restocking fee. Return shipping for US orders is free for exchange, but customers pay it, in the case of returns or exchanges from non-US addresses. Exchanges need replacement of a new order online to receive the pre-paid exchange postal label.
